Connect Box to let Mello answer from your documents, and see what Shuffl does with it.

Help me with "Use Shuffl with Box" in my Shuffl workspace. 1. Read the guide: https://shuffl.ai/docs/markdown/box 2. Add Shuffl's MCP server: https://shuffl.ai/api/mcp Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http shuffl https://shuffl.ai/api/mcp When the browser opens, choose my workspace and allow the access the guide needs. 3. Work through the steps in order: Answer from Box. Do what you can over MCP and tell me which steps only I can do in the browser or in Slack. Show me what you will change and who it affects, and wait for my yes before publishing, inviting or sending anything.

What Box does in Shuffl
Keep your handbook and policies in Box and let Mello answer from them. Shuffl reads only the files you pick, and HR reviews every change before Mello uses it.
You need to be a Shuffl workspace administrator, with an administrator in Box for the steps there.
Answer from Box
- On Knowledge → Connections, choose Connect next to Box.
- Sign in with the Box account that can open the files.
- Grant Shuffl access. It reads the files you pick and writes nothing.
- Pick a file from a folder or a search; it is read as a draft for review.
- Check the draft’s text, audience and review date, then publish it.
Shuffl reads: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, HTML, text. You pick each one, and Shuffl never writes to Box.
In Shuffl
- Mello answers from what you publish, with a citation, to the audience you set.
- A new version in Box becomes a draft for HR to review. The old text stops being used once the change is found.
- Disconnecting withdraws every document it brought in. The originals stay where they are.
If it stops working
When a source reads Access lost or Sync needs attention, check that the connected account can still open it in Box, then choose Check now.
Disconnect and withdraw deletes the stored key and withdraws what it brought in. Drafts, versions and the originals stay.
