Praise follows Slack: public channel praise is open to everyone, private channel praise only to that channel.
- Thanked their way. People who choose Tell me privately get praise as a private note, kept off their profile.
- Hide from profile. Anyone can take a thank-you off their own profile.
- Tell me in Slack. People can get a Slack message when they’re thanked, at most one a day, with Thank back beside each note.
