The Leaving playbook prepares a return kit: a box and a prepaid label for the devices listed for them.

What needs fixing
Read daily and matched to People by work email. OS updates, encryption, passcodes and firewalls flagged.
- Lock or wipe
Never on its own
Only when IT chooses. A wipe needs the serial’s last four characters, and Mello never runs one.
