Access requests
Ask for a tool, get an answer the same day
One catalog of the tools people can ask for. Approvers decide with a tap, owners set it up, and the person hears either way.

How it works
From a question to a working login
No ticket, no chasing. The request, the decision and the setup each reach the right person.
- Ask
One catalog
Pick the app and a level, say what you need it for, send. Or just ask Mello by name.
- Approve
A tap in Slack or email
Your manager, named people or a group. The first tap decides; the others see it was handled.
- Set up
Owners finish it
Owners get the to-do, mark it done, and the person is told their login works.
- Expiry
Never forgotten
A request waits a week by default, then expires and says so. Nothing sits in a queue.
The catalog
Who approves, who owns, who has it
Import apps from your identity provider or add them by hand. Each one names who approves, who owns it and what levels exist.
- Open, approved or closed. Open apps grant at once, most need approval, and a few are closed to requests.
- Levels per app. Member and Admin, or whatever the app calls them. The approver sees which was asked for.
- A record of every step. Every request, decision, grant and removal is in the audit log and reaches your webhooks.
For HR and IT
Tied to People
Access follows the person: a start date, a move, a last day.
- Leaving
Last day
When someone's employment ends, their open requests close and owners see what to remove.
- Managers
Approvers from the org chart
The requester's manager in People can be an approver, so a reorg never leaves a request stranded.
