In continuation of our Leadership Spotlight series, we are proud to share stories from our customer leaders on their impact to help their teams stay connected. This month, we’re focusing on students. We know that student life and their communities have been greatly affected by the pandemic. A quick Google results in countless articles on stress, anxiety, and frustration with this new experience. Unless you’re a student yourself, we can only imagine the challenges and toll on their mental health. Whether attending high school or spending their first year at Harvard virtually, there’s a deep missing sense of belonging to their community.
We are thrilled to be releasing features throughout the week designed to improve shuffl management for Shuffl Admins. These include quality-of-life improvements related to self-service member administration and more reporting on program-level KPI’s directly within the Shuffl Portal.
We’re proud to shuffl with incredible teams and communities from all around the world. It’s inspiring to see leaders step up to help promote inclusion and foster engagement in our new way of work and connection. Whether a startup, a global enterprise, a student community, or a research team, the challenges to stay connected remotely are real and at the top of leaders’ minds. We’ll be sharing stories from each of these organization types to provide a relatable reference for how Shuffl can help.
Slack’s apps are a brilliant part of the platform that hundreds of thousands of teams use every day. We have been thrilled with the experience in building and delivering Shuffl’s services on Slack and cannot speak highly enough about their developer ecosystem. We love being a part of the Slack community and help teams spark joy with new shuffls every week.
When the global pandemic emerged, many had an idea of its potential impact and severity. Though, few anticipated its ability to so swiftly change the way we work and connect. This rapid change forced us to dramatically adjust our expectations and how we go about our daily lives. We hear stories from teams and communities from around the world going through this transition. We see strong emotions when describing the situation. Stories of leaders stressed to find a way to help their team cope with feelings of isolation, a missing sense of belonging, and how to engage with one another.
I’m thrilled to announce the below updates to our service functions that span across Shuffl! These updates and features are designed from customer feedback and intended to help teams enjoy a fun, smart, and reliable service to stay connected remotely.
These are unique and rapidly changing times we face together. As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic requires us to adapt constantly. We understand that these changes can be overwhelming and stressful. In facing these challenges, it’s important to remember that we are not alone.
