# Shuffl > Product and integration guides for Shuffl. Use the built-in assistant, or connect your own agent over MCP, the API, the SDK or the CLI. These guides describe the product and contain no workspace data. MCP OAuth connections are available (consent in the browser, one workspace per connection) with knowledge tools plus the actions chosen at consent. API keys with the MCP permission get one MCP tool per endpoint permission they hold. Every tool is checked like the API. The SDK and CLI install from npm as @shuffl/sdk and @shuffl/cli. API writes need exact grants and follow the documented review, confirmation and retry rules. Human documentation: https://shuffl.ai/docs Every guide in one file: https://shuffl.ai/llms-full.txt Setting up a workspace for someone? Follow [Set up a workspace with your agent](https://shuffl.ai/docs/markdown/agent-setup). Agent skill: [SKILL.md](https://shuffl.ai/skills/shuffl/SKILL.md) says how to set up and run Shuffl and which MCP tool to use when, with every guide under references/. Add it to Claude or another agent from [the zip](https://shuffl.ai/skills/shuffl.zip). On the MCP server, search_docs searches these guides and every guide is a resource. ## Guides - [Companies and workspaces](https://shuffl.ai/docs/markdown/companies-and-workspaces): Keep one workspace for most companies, or add separate spaces for regions, subsidiaries and teams. It helps only when the answer comes from current, approved text the person may read, and when the assistant says plainly that nothing covers a question instead of guessing. - [What is employee self-service, and what should it cover?](https://shuffl.ai/blog/what-is-employee-self-service): Employee self-service lets people get HR answers and do routine tasks, like updating bank details or requesting time off, without waiting on HR. It should cover the questions with one answer for everyone and route personal ones to a person. In one survey, employees resolved only 47% of their HR needs themselves. - [How do you answer benefits questions in Slack?](https://shuffl.ai/blog/answer-benefits-questions-in-slack): Give general benefits questions one Slack channel, answer them in threads from your current plan guide, and move anything about one person to a private message. In one survey, 79% of employees asked HR for help at least once a month. A plan guide worth linking and a clear rule on what stays private do most of the work. - [243 agent threads in a week: how I rebuilt Shuffl from my phone](https://shuffl.ai/blog/how-we-rebuilt-shuffl): Since September 21, 243 Claude Projects threads have built and shipped Shuffl while I dictated from my phone, with up to 127 commits a day. The agents run CI in their own containers, merge and release. When a job needs a login, an agent on my Mac does it with computer use. Here is the setup and how to copy it. - [I rebuilt my 9-year-old startup from scratch, on my phone, in 10 days](https://shuffl.ai/blog/the-new-shuffl): Shuffl started with lunches between coworkers who hadn’t met, then became a Slack app in 2017. We were about to shut it down. Instead I rebuilt all of it, every feature, the website and the logo, in a week and a half on my phone with AI coding agents. It’s that cheap to build and run now, so it’s free. - [Should AI answer your employees' HR questions?](https://shuffl.ai/blog/should-ai-answer-hr-questions): Yes, for questions your written policies already answer, as long as every answer cites the approved policy and anything personal goes to a person. Employees don't want AI on its own. Fewer than 10% want AI-only help with benefits, but many are happy with AI and people working together. - [Shuffl 3.0: Service Platform Updates](https://shuffl.ai/blog/shuffl-v3-apr-q2-release): Shuffl V3 Product Release centered around engagement and complete control and visibility to manage the Shuffl Program. - [GeekWire Startup Spotlight](https://shuffl.ai/blog/geekwire-startup-spotlight): We’re deeply honored to share Shuffl’s story on GeekWire.
