# MCP tool list > Every tool the Shuffl MCP server can offer, with what it does and the permission that turns it on. Each other tool is one API operation, named after its permission with dots as underscores, and a connection lists only the tools its permissions grant. That is 406 action tools in all. A tool takes the same input as its API operation, so the REST API reference documents every argument. Read tools are marked read only.
